What is Lessons and Carols?
This historic service has a profound dignity and simplicity. This variation of the service is performed by Veritas Press staff, teachers and students. Sometimes extended family participate. Since Veritas Press includes Veritas Scholars Academy, an online school, you’ll find participants from many varied locations. Each lesson follows the same format: a reader will introduce the Scripture lesson and read the passage. Then musicians will sing a carol reflecting on that passage of Scripture.
