Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship in 1–2 business days. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Typically, if a change or cancellation is necessary, we can catch it within 24 hours of your order being placed. Contact our service team at 800-922-5082 or email [email protected] to verify whether your order can be cancelled.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and checks. Invoicing is available for business accounts, subject to terms.
Does Veritas Press store credit card data?
Veritas Press does not store your credit card data. We partner with an industry-leading processor, Authorize.Net. Their Customer Information Management software lets you re-use cards without re-entering them, or remove them entirely at your discretion.
What shipping method do you use?

How do I transfer to another course?
Do you offer course extensions?
Yes, we offer self-paced course extensions for $25 per extra month. Email [email protected] with your name, the student’s name, the course you’d like extended, and how many months you need, and we’ll take care of it for you.
Can I return my self-paced course?

Is there a way to unlock my self-paced course?
Yes. Unlocking your course lets you skip to any lesson. However, if you unlock your course, your student will not be able to receive a grade at the end of the course because of how the programming works. To unlock a course, email [email protected] with your name, the student’s name, and the course you’d like unlocked.
My self-paced course is stuck. What should I do?
If your self-paced course has any problems or stuck slides, email [email protected] with your name, the student’s name, the course, and a description of the problem, or call us at 800-922-5082.
