What to expect

Thinking of coming next year? Bring the whole family! The EOYG is enjoyed by students, parents, grandparents, and siblings. Whether you are graduating or just along for the ride, we know you will have a great time.

2027 Festivities Include:

    THE EDEN RESORT

    Please call The Eden Resort reservations department at 717-569-6444 (select option 1) and request the Veritas Press End of Year Gathering guest room block or book online at www.EdenResort.com following the instructions.

    1. Select the tab that says "Book Now".
    2. Select your arrival and departure dates.
    3. Click on "Group Codes and Promotions", then click the "Drop Down" then select "Group Code" and apply this code: 2705VERIT
    4. The group name will appear with a green dot, confirming you have the correct code. Then, click "Search".
    5. Choose the room type you want, then complete your reservation.

    This block will be open until April 23, 2027


    THE WAREHOUSE HOTEL

    Please call The Warehouse Hotel at 855-618-6181 and reference room block for Veritas Scholars Academy - End of Year Gathering or book through our website at www.warehousehotel.com and use Group Code 16377 no later than Wednesday, March 25, 2026. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card, and may require a 1-nights room and tax deposit. Guests may change the method of payment at check in.

    1. Select "Group Sign In"
    2. Enter Group Code: 17191 ... click SUBMIT
    3. Select your arrival and departure dates
    4. Select your room type
    5. Complete your online reservation.

    There are five king/queen adjoining rooms. If you wish to book these rooms, please call the hotel at 855-618-6181. This block will be open until May 2, 2027.

    Stays at the Warehouse Hotel include access to their 80,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art fitness center.
