Registration for EOYG will be open in December, but you can book your room now!
We have secured limited hotel room blocks at these event venues!
THE EDEN RESORT
Please call The Eden Resort reservations department at 717-569-6444 (select option 1) and request the Veritas Press End of Year Gathering guest room block or book online at www.EdenResort.com following the instructions.
- Select the tab that says "Reserve Now".
- Select your arrival and departure dates.
- Click on "Special Codes or Rates", then click the "Promo Code" drop-down and select "Group Code" and apply this code: 2505VERIT
- The group name will appear with a green dot, confirming you have the correct code. Then, click "Search".
- Choose the room type you want, then complete your reservation.

THE WAREHOUSE HOTEL
(adjacent to the Dinner Dance location)
Please call the Warehouse Hotel at 855-618-6181 and reference room block for Veritas Press Scholars Academy Dinner Dance or book through their website at www.warehousehotel.com and follow these instructions.
- In the "Book A Room" section, click "Group Sign In".

- Select your arrival and departure dates
- Select the room type you want.
- Finalize your booking.
This block will be open until April 12, 2025. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card, and may require a 1-nights room and tax deposit. Guests may change the method of payment at check in.
