Tom Garfield was superintendent of Logos School from its founding in 1981 until 2016. He also served as a founding board member of the Association of Classical and Christian Schools (ACCS) for 25 years. After retiring from Logos School in 2017, Tom joined Veritas Scholars Academy as Dean of Academics. His work largely consists of observing and evaluating teachers and contributing to the further development of the school's academics. Tom has a BFA in Education and a Masters in Education Administration, both from the University of Idaho. A Michigan native, Tom has lived in Moscow, Idaho since 1977. He and his wife Julie have four grown children and eleven grandchildren.
