Shana Deemy has over 25 years of teaching experience in both public and private school settings. She graduated from Southwestern Assembly of God University in 1998 with a degree in Elementary Education, Music, and an Early Childhood Endorsement and has since taught most grade levels from Preschool through high school. She has taught mathematics for the past several years at Veritas Scholars Academy from the grammar level through Algebra I in the secondary level. Shana and her husband Tony have been married since 1995 and have four beautiful children. All but one of her children are grown and living in various parts of the world. She became a follower of Jesus when she was a teenager and loves to help her youngest son to memorize God’s word. Shana lives on a farm in Texas and has longhorn cattle, chickens, and dogs. She loves to work in her garden and play with her puppies when she is not traveling the world with her older children.
