Ray is an experienced operations leader, father of four and grandfather to seven and counting. His core focus is setting strategic direction and leading transformational programs at the intersection of business strategy, process and technology. He comes to us after a twenty five year career in the high tech sector managing IT teams that were focused on creating great customer experience through enterprise software and operations processes. Ray oversees customer service, warehouse operations, finance, purchasing, HR and IT departments working with marketing, sales and VSA to continually improve our systems and processes. You could say he is "Mr. fix it" as he can't stand seeing things not work the way they should. In keeping with that philosophy he is leading Veritas through several transformational programs to upgrade our internal systems and customer facing technology.In his spare time he enjoys playing in orchestras and small ensembles with his wife Lisa and son Thomas as well as being the crew chief and mechanic for his son's race car.
