Nicole Artese
Nicole grew up in Massachusetts and attended college at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT. Originally planning on obtaining a degree in Business, she discovered her passion for teaching through an internship opportunity in her first year of college. She switched majors and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Master of Arts in Teaching in 2011 and 2012, respectively. Nicole worked as a math teacher in a public high school in Connecticut for six years and then part-time as a private math tutor. Through these experiences, her passion for helping students learn math has grown and she is very excited about joining the Veritas community! It was during her college years that she gave her life to the Lord, and also met her husband, Vin. Nicole and Vin were married in May 2011 and now have two sons, Vinny and Timmy. Nicole has a heart for helping women understand God’s beautiful design for them and leading them to deeper relationships with Christ. She serves as women’s ministry leader in her church where her husband serves as lead pastor. In addition to caring for her family, home, and ministry responsibilities, she treasures date nights with her husband, listening to podcasts, going for walks, and enjoying a good cup of coffee with a friend.
