Natalie Venable is a professional educator with 25+ years of teaching experience. For nine years, Natalie taught elementary school children in public schools, then homeschooled her four sons (including one with autism) for the next 16 years. Graduating summa cum laude from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education specializing in Math, she went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Language and Literacy, graduating summa cum laude. She has received multiple teaching awards, including First Year Teacher of the Year for the State of Delaware. Today, she is a Reading Specialist and Math Instructor – a wonderfully blended skill set. Natalie has taught large groups in public school classrooms to individuals in private settings, children to adults, and learning disabled to the academically gifted. Natalie loves people and delights in teaching. Her enthusiasm, friendly personality, and cheerful encouragement coaxes ordinary students to achieve extraordinary results. She is passionate about training up the next generation to be bold believers for Jesus Christ. As a young Christian, she learned to stand on the truth of God’s Word, even challenging her high school and college professors when they taught concepts that contradicted the Bible. Besides teaching, Natalie enjoys taking walks with her husband and sons, “flipping” houses, and investing in the lives of others. She resides in Milford, Delaware and attends Berean Community Church where she serves in a variety of ministries.
