Leah Boothman
Mrs. Leah Boothman has loved education ever since she first began tutoring children in high school. She has been teaching over the past fourteen years including her 4th grade elementary classroom, tutoring online and homeschooling. She loves to teach all subjects, but if she had to pick her favorites it would be math, writing, and reading. Recently, Mrs. Boothman has had the blessing of being able to homeschool her three children over the past 5 years. Homeschooling has brought a new discovery in the beauty of a Christian classical education that integrates faith, and knowledge in harmony together. This new education path has furthered her true passion in developing well rounded, lifelong learners. She graduated from Liberty University with her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and would go on to receive her Masters of Education from Bridgewater State University.
Mrs. Boothman was blessed to be raised in a Christian home and would develop her own relationship with Christ during her high school years. She has continued to develop her relationship with the Lord as she grows in faith day by day. Though life has its ups and downs; the Lord has remained her rock and fortress through it all. Mrs. Boothman currently resides in Rhode Island with her loving husband Fred. They have been blessed with three children Madelyn, Olivia, and Connor. She loves being outside and tries to get as many outdoor activities as possible in her four seasons in New England. She enjoys many things with her family including hiking, camping, ice skating, soccer, gardening, taking care of the chickens and reading all sorts of books.
