Katie Kavanagh has taught the Christian classical liberal arts at Providence Academy and Providence Prep Academy in Virginia and, most recently, at Agape Christi Academy in Minneapolis, MN. She is an alumna of Patrick Henry College with a B.A. in Literature and a minor in Pedagogy. She has a passion for seeking God’s truth in great works of literature and making connections with faith in each. That worshipful experience, that exploration of God’s true personality, is what Mrs. Kavanagh hopes and prays for her students to experience throughout their education. Her desire is that each student would walk away from class with a deeper appreciation of the beauty, truth, and goodness of God that He has imbued in His creation and how each academic subject is a door to loving His character. She lives with her husband, Joshua, and their baby daughter, Evelyn, in Minnesota.
