Katelyn departed the high school classroom a few years ago when she decided to stay home and raise her two small children. She has been a licensed teacher in Arkansas, Oregon, Mississippi, and Florida due to cross-country moves with her husband, who is currently serving active duty in the United States Coast Guard. She recently felt called to come back to education in a different capacity, and God led her to Veritas. A self-proclaimed “people person,” Katelyn can’t wait to assist the families of Veritas through their educational journey. Diligent, organized, and eager to expand her knowledge of all things Classical Christian homeschooling, she seeks to be a blessing to Veritas families. In her spare time, Katelyn enjoys exercising, reading, and her family’s Golden Retriever. You may also find her on the beaches of North Florida with her toes in the sand.
