David Moody has taught as a teacher at a Christian school and served as a principal for many years after graduating from the University of Virginia. He received his B.A. in Latin but also studied Electrical Engineering for two years. He enjoys translating Latin works into English, reading history, studying theology, and building programs using JavaScript libraries and frameworks. He was born to a Christian family, catechized as a child, and preserved by the grace of God. In addition to teaching at Veritas Press, he also serves as an assistant pastor at a Presbyterian church in South Carolina. David and his wife Melissa were married in 2008, and they have nine children.
