Corey Piper earned his BA in education from Whitworth University in Spokane, WA, and has mostly taught middle school students since becoming a teacher in 1996. He has taught Ancient History and Old Testament every year of his teaching career, and he has also coached baseball, led DC trips, and once participated in a missions trip to the Middle East. He has been an advisor for yearbooks, been on curriculum teams, and has written for the Veritas Omnibus series, volumes IV and V. Two of his books have been published, "To Conquer Death: Seeing Beyond the Darkness," and "500 Year Journey: How the Magi Knew When Christ Would Be Born." He currently lives in Kansas with his wife and two of his children. His oldest daughter and her husband live in Colorado and just had their first child together.
