Camber Beck demonstrates a heart for elementary-aged students, both with and without disabilities, and loves to see them develop in their God-given abilities. She spent her early career teaching preschool at an Autism Center and taught 2nd and 5th grade at a public school in Hawaii.
Camber earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance with a Minor in Political Science from Butler University. She received her Master’s Degree in Special Education K-12 from Liberty University in 2019.
Camber loves to spend her free time with her two daughters, Indiana and Reagan. Together, you can find them doing anything from dancing, hiking, reading at the library, baking, walking their Australian Shepherd, or traveling the world. Her family loves to try new foods, and they love Thai. Camber has lived overseas twice and visited over 10 different countries.
Camber credits her faith to her homeschool education and her mother’s example. Camber models her life after Acts 2:42 (ESV), “and they devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers.” She is thrilled to join the Veritas faculty this year to increase Christian fellowship, develop children academically, and encourage her classes spiritually.
Camber has been married for six years to her husband, Drew, and they currently live in Georgia.
