Britta Braaten is from the state of Washington but currently lives in North Carolina with her husband. She was raised in a Christian home, attended Christian school K-12, and has experienced the importance and value of a Christian education firsthand. She has her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Master's degree in Teaching Math and Science. She spent two years teaching outdoor science education and spent five years teaching middle school integrated science and high school Biology, Earth and Environmental Science, Forensics, Anatomy, and A.P. Environmental Science. She is passionate about her faith, science, and teaching students how God’s mighty hand is revealed to us through the intricacies of his creation! In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, running, hiking, baking, reading, and gardening.
