Amy Redelsperger has been teaching her children classically for the past six years. In addition to homeschooling her own children, she taught in the classroom at Mountain Scholars Latin Heritage School and was instrumental in the creation of their Rhetoric-level program. She received an undergraduate degree from Cascade College in Portland, Oregon where she studied Bible, Communications, and Sociology. She then attended Oklahoma Christian University online, where she received a Master of Arts in Christianity and Culture.
She lives at the base of beautiful Mount Shasta in northern California. When not reading by the fireplace in the winter, she loves going for walks with her husband or spending days at the lake with her three children and her dog Luci. Born on a Monday and at Church the following Sunday morning, faith has always been a part of Amy’s life! She and her husband spent 13 years together in youth ministry before moving to northern California where they pastored a small church for another nine years. The desire to love God and love her neighbor as herself is a driving motivation in her life and teaching.
