Amanda Walker

Assistant to the School Manager

Amanda works with the School Manager as her assistant. She helps to set up courses and assists teachers with their needs, ensuring that classrooms are running smoothly.

Amanda Pursued a degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Homeland Security and Counterterrorism. She is a mother of six and enjoys teaching in her local homeschool co-op. Amanda started working part-time as a seasonal service member and very quickly became a permanent part-time service team member. After working with the service team for 2 years, she was promoted from the service side to the academy side to assist the school manager in a full-time role.

After homeschooling her children, Amanda decided to return to school full-time to complete her BS degree. She is now navigating the delicate balance of managing full-time work, full-time studies, and the activities of her six wonderful children. Her first four are boys who keep her on her toes, and the last two are her little princesses. There is never a dull moment in their household. As a family, they enjoy swimming in their pool and going on hikes together.
