Al-Marie Campana (best known as Nana) was born and raised in Puerto Rico. At the age of 18, she travelled to Miami, FL where she graduated from Florida International University with a BA in Spanish. Once graduated, Nana decided to train young minds as an elementary school teacher in an inner city public school where she became enamored with the power of words. During this newfound journey, the Lord opened her eyes to His Truth in a very powerful way, and she made it her life's purpose to tell the Story of how God rescues His beloved children. In 2006 she met her husband Freddy Campana who serves as pastor of Cornerstone Bible Church. Together they were blessed with Irish twins Noelani and Giancarlo who are being homeschooled. Nana has been an educator for over 17 years with a focus on teaching the process of Writing, Reading, and the flare of Spanish to students in grades K-12. Her passion for being a tool in the hands of the Lord has led her to go beyond the teacher role. She is a certified therapeutic art facilitator and educational therapist who is passionate about empowering all learners to reach the full potential of their calling in Christ. Driven by her passion of helping students reach the dreams they never thought they could reach and uncovering diamonds from the toughest of places, she is committed to doing all that is needed to ensure her students become equipped. Simply put, Nana is a tool in the hands of a God who is a committed life-changer, beauty giver, and heart sculptor because she knows that nothing is impossible for those who believe.
