Veritas Scholars Academy Payment Plans: Everything You Need to Know

Paying for your student's education can be a significant expense, especially for families with multiple children. That's why Veritas Scholars Academy offers a convenient monthly payment plan for our live online classes.

How the Payment Plan Works

Our payment plans are available for live online enrollments made between January 1 and July 31. To secure your student's spot, a $95 deposit per course is required at registration. This deposit automatically enrolls you in the payment plan.

Monthly charges will be applied to the credit card on file with your Veritas Scholars Academy account on the first of each month. The remaining tuition balance will be divided into equal installments, starting on April 1 (or the month of enrollment if after April) and continuing through December 1.

If you add or drop a course during the payment plan period, your monthly payment will automatically adjust. The outstanding balance will be equally divided among the remaining months until December 1. Any credit on your Veritas Press account will be applied to the balance before the next monthly payment is determined.

Credit Card Issues? We Offer a Grace Period!

We understand that credit card issues can arise. We will attempt to charge the card on file on the first of the month, followed by two additional attempts two business days apart. If the charge is unsuccessful after three attempts, your student(s) will be removed from all online courses with a balance due. To reinstate enrollment, the outstanding monthly balance must be paid in full, along with a $25 service charge per class. If you have multiple credit cards on file, we will attempt to charge your secondary cards if your primary card declines.
