How Veritas Scholars Academy Payment Plans Work

We know that it can be tricky to pay for your student’s education all in one lump sum - especially if you have multiple kids! That is why we give families the opportunity to use a monthly payment plan when they enroll in our live online classes.

Here’s everything you need to know about how the payment plan works.

Payment plans are available for live online enrollments purchased between January 1 and July 31. Enrollment requires a $95 deposit for each course at the time of registration in order to hold your student’s seat. That’s all you have to do! Your $95 deposit automatically enrolls you in the payment plan.

Once your payment plan has begun, you will be charged monthly on the first of each month, using the credit card attached to your Veritas Scholars Academy account. The remaining tuition balance will be charged monthly in equal installments beginning on April 1 (or beginning the month you enrolled in, if after April) through December 1.

If a course is added or dropped during the payment plan period, the per-month payment will adjust to the outstanding balance divided equally among the remaining months through December 1. Credit on your Veritas Press account will be applied to the account balance before the upcoming month’s payment plan charge is determined.

Have a problem with your credit card? We have a grace period!

Attempts to charge the card on file will be made beginning on the first of the month, then two business days later, and then two business days after that until the charge is accepted. If the charge is attempted three times and remains unsuccessful, the student(s) will be removed from all online courses until the monthly balance owed is paid in full, plus a $25 service charge per class to reinstate the students. We will charge your secondary cards with that month's balance if you have multiple credit cards on file and your primary card declines.
