Windows 10

  1. Right-click on the desktop of your computer. Then, from the resulting menu, click Display settings.
  2. From the screen that opens, find the section labeled Scale and layout (you may have to scroll down a bit).
  3. Find the entry labeled Change the size of text, apps, and other items. Ensure that this is set to 100%.
  4. Ensure that Display resolution is set to the highest possible value (at least 1024 x 768).

Windows 7 and 8

Method 1:

  1. Open Control Panel from the Start menu.
  2. Click Ease of Access.
  3. From the sidebar, select Appearance and Personalization.
  4. Click Make text and other items larger or smaller under Display.
  5. Ensure that 100% is selected, and click Apply.

Method 2:

  1. Right-click on the desktop of your computer. Then, from the resulting menu, click Screen resolution.
  2. Ensure that Resolution is set to the highest possible value (at least 1024 x 768).
