Schools Terms and Conditions

1. Veritas Press digital materials are available for purchase, but may not be returned.

2. Items we stock are eligible for a refund within 90 days of purchase.

3. Any items we do not stock are not returnable.

4. Schools do not qualify for free shipping. To ensure the speed and safety of your order, we search for the best shipping option available. Shipping fee will be included with a quote. Shipping fee will be calculated at time of purchase.

5. Payment can be made:

   - by credit card at time of shipment

   - on pre-approved 30 day terms by check

   - with a 3% courtesy fee if paid by credit card after shipment

6. If payment is after 30 days of receipt of the product, a 1.5% charge per month will be added.

7. Tax exempt form:

   - schools may avoid paying Sales Tax by providing a copy of a Tax-exempt Form

8. Review copy policy:

   - schools will have a 30-day review period to look over the materials. After 30 days, we send you a 30-day net invoice for the materials. If you want to keep the items, just pay the invoice. Otherwise, request an RMA# to ship the items back to Veritas Press. We ask schools to pay the shipping cost to/from with a valid credit card on file. After 90 days, we will no longer accept the return and the credit card on file will be charged for the review copies.
