Terms and Conditions for Schools

1. Materials Returns and Eligibility

a. Stocked Items: A full refund is available for stocked items returned within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days, items are not eligible for return.

b. Non-Stocked Items: Items not regularly stocked by Veritas Press are final sale and not eligible for return.

c. Digital Materials: All purchases of Veritas Press digital materials are final and non-returnable.

2. Shipping Policy:

a. Fees: Schools do not qualify for complimentary shipping. Shipping costs will be determined at the time of purchase and included in your final quote. We will select the appropriate shipping method for your order.

3. Payment Terms:

a. Payment Due Date:

i. Payment is due by ACH or credit card when your order ships.

ii. Alternatively, for pre-approved accounts, payment may be made by ACH or check within 30 days of the invoice date.

b. Credit Card Fee: A 3% surcharge applies to all credit card payments made after the order has shipped.

c. Late Payments: Payments outstanding for more than 30 days after the carrier’s tracking denotes product receipt will incur a monthly late fee of 1.5%.

4. Tax Exemption:

Schools wishing to be exempt from Sales Tax must provide Veritas Press with a valid Tax-exempt Form.

5. Review Copy Policy:

Schools have a 30-day window to review materials. Within this period, you must either purchase the materials or return them for credit. To initiate a return, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Veritas Press.
