Amanda is the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Educational Services. She was home schooled from kindergarten through 12th grade. She is a strong supporter of homeschooling and is so thrilled to be part of a team who supports the homeschooling community. Amanda's professional career began at 18 when she started working for the Baltimore County Government. From there, she moved onto other administrative roles at the University of Maryland Faculty Physicians, Inc. She ended her time at the University of Maryland Medical Center as Office Supervisor of the Children's Cancer Clinic. Amanda currently supports the VP of Educational Services at Veritas Scholars Academy.
Amanda has a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership. She and her husband enjoy traveling the globe, taking hikes in the woods, watching Netflix and spending time with extended family. She also enjoys public speaking, writing, and reading. Amanda is most passionate about the subject of Leadership and how it impacts the health of organizations.
