Sarah Alba

Sarah Alba

Sarah Alba has had the unexpected pleasure of teaching at two schools over the past five years. Both teaching experiences came as amazing surprises while looking for other things. However, God always has the best plans, and she is so glad that God continues to direct her path back to the classroom. She graduated with a B.A. in Spanish in 2011 from Liberty University and found her true love in her minor in Linguistics. That love is what drove the desire to teach English and Latin grammar. Sarah loves to see students (as well as her friends and family) make connections and become curious about the languages they speak and study. Sarah loves to travel, to spend time with friends, to cook and bake, to play boardgames, and take care of her family “zoo”: 19 pets (and always counting). In high school, Sarah was introduced to the love and grace of Christ and has desired to seek and serve Him since. She lives with her husband Andrew and their many pets in Bakersfield, California.
