Nicole Hoover is an educator who loves to explore, discover, and learn. After serving as a tutor and teaching assistant in college, she worked in environmental engineering, project management, and quality assurance. She left the corporate world to raise a family to love the Lord, to enjoy a vibrant childhood, and to embark on a rich lifelong education together.
Nicole has taught in various homeschooling co-ops and classical education organizations as well as serving as an adjunct faculty member in Point Park University's engineering program. She enjoys helping others to discover connections between different "subjects" and to realize that all knowledge is interrelated and ultimately points to God.
Nicole received her undergraduate and graduate engineering degrees from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA. She enjoys reading (which is how she learned about Jesus when she was in graduate school), growing native plants, visiting historical and scenic places with her husband and children, and being together in the beauty of God's good creation.
