Nate DeCoste

Nate DeCoste brings over 15 years of ministry and leadership experience to his role in Christian education. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership from Corban University and is currently completing a Master of Divinity at Grace Bible Theological Seminary. His teaching experience spans Bible, apologetics, history, English, and writing, and he has served in leadership roles including Executive Director and Pastor of Youth and Children’s Ministries. He is deeply committed to classical Christian education and the formation of students’ minds and hearts through a Christ-centered, rigorous curriculum.

Passionate about equipping the next generation to think clearly, communicate effectively, and live faithfully, he views the classroom as an extension of discipleship. He enjoys creating engaging lessons, guiding families, and developing resources that help students grow academically and spiritually. Married to Heidi DeCoste, he is a father to four children, two of whom currently attend Veritas Scholars Academy. He is an active member of Boones Ferry Community Church and is eager to partner with the school’s mission to nurture students in both knowledge and faith.
