Nate DeCoste brings over 15 years of ministry and leadership experience to his role in Christian education. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership from Corban University and is currently completing his Masters at Grace Bible Theological Seminary. He serves as the Family Pastor at Lake Bible Church in Lake Oswego, Oregon.
His teaching experience spans Bible, apologetics, history, English, and writing, and he has served in leadership roles including Executive Director and Pastor of Youth and Children’s Ministries. He is deeply committed to classical Christian education and the formation of students’ minds and hearts through a Christ-centered, rigorous curriculum.
Nate enjoys creating engaging lessons, guiding families, and developing resources that help students grow academically and spiritually. Married to Heidi DeCoste, he is a father to four children, two of whom currently attend Veritas Scholars Academy.
