Melissa Oleinic

Melissa Oleinic

Melissa Oleinic earned a secondary degree in Child and Adolescent Literacy from Loyola Marymount University, as well as a California State teaching credential and a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies: Teacher Education from The Master’s University. She has had the privilege of teaching 4th grade through graduate level college courses. These roles gave her a passion for helping students love learning, as well as the rare opportunity to exercise the gift of teaching in a variety of subject matter. Her favorite and most recent teaching opportunity has been homeschooling her own children, along with children of friends.

Melissa and her family reside in Montana. She loves to delight in the beauty of creation, as well as to crochet, to read, and to draw whenever she is able to make time. Melissa was introduced to the Lord Jesus Christ when she was seven years old while attending a Vacation Bible School. Her dad was dressed as a carpenter and shared how Christ the Lord sacrificed Himself on the cross so that she might be saved from her sins. In her awe of His great love, she confessed her own sin and turned away from it to follow Him in faith. He has been the most faithful Friend she has ever known.
