Mrs. Melissa Hamilton began teaching in 2002 and earned a master's degree in education from Biola University. A California native, she delights in wandering the Sierra wildflowers, savoring a well-crafted cup of coffee, and listening to audiobooks while winding toward America's national parks.
Introduced to the God of the Bible by her parents as a child, she rejoices in Christ's redeeming love and counts it a privilege to cultivate wisdom and wonder in the students at her church.
At home, she and her husband strive to raise three lionhearted sons whose days often disappear into mountain bike trails, engineering projects spread across the garage workbench, and adventures with the family's faithful dog.
