Lindsay York
Lindsay York is a homeschool mom who has raised three children on Veritas Press curriculum and VSA. Lindsay's involvement in homeschooling came when her family served as missionaries in the Dominican Republic 10 years ago. After returning to the States in 2013, her husband Jayson became Senior Pastor of West Chicago Bible Church in West Chicago, IL, where her family serves regularly in almost every part of church life. Lindsay holds a degree in Elementary Education from Judson University in Elgin, IL, and has taught a wide range of subjects and disciplines. In addition to her work in the home and in teaching, Lindsay also travels yearly to various parts of the world to teach the Bible to missionary women who are serving in non-native countries. She is a gifted Bible teacher and leader, and has a heart to see women and children come to know the God of the Scriptures through study of His Word. She is very excited to be part of the VSA family, first and foremost as a VSA parent, but also as a part of the faculty who long to see students thrive in a classical, Christian setting. She loves spending time with her family, traveling, knitting, gardening, and playing games.
