Jenise Leaser holds a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Arts in Management from Regent University, a Bachelor of Arts in Government with minors in Writing and Journalism from Oral Roberts University, and an Advanced Certificate in Public Administration and Policy from Old Dominion University. She also served as an adjunct professor at Oklahoma Wesleyan University, where she taught online courses in nonprofit management and leadership. Her academic preparation, combined with her experience in both K–12 and higher education, has shaped her commitment to excellence in teaching and to forming students who think critically and communicate clearly.
Since moving into K–12 education in 2019 after seven years of homeschooling her children, Jenise has taught in a range of settings, including Rivendell School in Arlington, Virginia, and Ad Fontes Academy in Centreville, Virginia, where she most recently taught American History and Early Modern History. She is drawn to classical Christian education for its rigor, its strong developmental alignment, and its emphasis on truth, goodness, and beauty. Skilled in designing creative, engaging lessons and delivering instruction both in person and online, she is familiar with a variety of classical curricula, including Veritas resources, Bede’s History, Journey Through the Bible, IEW, Shurley Grammar, and Classical Academic Press materials. Now residing in Florida, Jenise is an active member of Harborside Christian Church and remains deeply committed to helping students grow in knowledge, character, and faith.
