Dustin Weiser’s professional experience spans a variety of fields. For the first ten years of his career, he worked as a foreman traveling across the United States with a rental company. He then spent eight years as the owner and operator of a dairy farm. For the past three years, Dustin has served as a secondary mathematics teacher at Exeter R-VI, where he taught Algebra I and II, Geometry, Statistics, and Pre-Calculus. He also coached baseball, basketball, and track and field during his time there. This coming year, he will be teaching an auto mechanics class at the Christian co-op his sons attend.
Dustin earned his Bachelor of Science in Secondary Mathematics from Western Governors University in December 2024. He is currently pursuing a Master of Education degree from WGU to continue growing as an educator.
Outside of work, Dustin enjoys sports—both playing and coaching—along with woodworking, metalworking, and farming.
Having grown up in a Christian home, Dustin was saved in 1994 at the age of twelve. Today, he and his family are active members of Mission Baptist Church. His faith remains the foundation of his life, and he is grateful daily for the mercy and forgiveness of God. Dustin and his wife, Jennifer, celebrated their twentieth wedding anniversary this past May. They have four children: Kaylyn, who graduated high school this past spring and will attend Southwest Baptist University to study elementary education while running track and cross country; Jordan who is active in cross country, baseball, and basketball and plays guitar in the church worship band in addition to piano, drums, bass, and vocals; and their two younger boys, Jack and Jarrett, who are passionate about anything involving a ball. Dustin will also be homeschooling all three of their boys this year.
