Dr. Nick Camacho earned a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Iowa in 2020. He also holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Mathematics, along with various certificates in teaching and tutoring. He has taught various high school and university courses, including Calculus I, II, and III, College Algebra, Geometry, Algebra I and II, Linear Algebra, and more.
In addition to his work in mathematics, Dr. Nick is a student at The Expositors Seminary and loves the study of biblical Greek and Hebrew. Outside of his studies, he spends his time with his wife and children playing board games, fishing, playing Gagaball (on the trampoline!), and playing catch.
Most importantly, at the age of 17, Dr. Nick was sovereignly, abruptly, and undeniably transferred out of the kingdom of darkness and into the kingdom of Light. Since that time, his life has been marked by an ever-present mourning over remaining sin, a progressive growth in personal holiness, and a dependence upon the grace of Christ through life’s most challenging trials.
Dr. Nick has been married to Brooke, his high school sweetheart, since 2012. They are the proud parents of four wonderful children: Eliza, Ezra, Midas, and Cyprian.
