Christina Carter is an experienced math and science educator with a strong background in both traditional and online instruction. She has taught a wide range of courses, including Algebra I and II, Geometry, Pre-Algebra, Biology, and Chemistry, and has also served as a dual-enrollment instructor in partnership with Aims Community College. Christina holds a Master of Arts in Mathematics Teaching from the University of Northern Colorado and a bachelor’s degree from Liberty University Online. She has taught in Christian schools in Colorado and Maryland, as well as served as a supplemental instructor for Liberty University Online, gaining extensive experience in virtual learning environments. She is familiar with teaching from a Christian worldview and is committed to helping students grow in critical thinking, problem-solving, and confidence in their mathematical abilities.
Christina enjoys designing engaging, structured, and accessible learning experiences that help students see the beauty, order, and real-world relevance of mathematics. Her teaching philosophy aligns with the goals of classical Christian education, emphasizing logical reasoning, clear communication, and the integration of faith and learning. She has taught students from middle school through college level and values building an encouraging classroom culture where every student can thrive. In her free time, Christina enjoys reading widely across genres and remaining active in her church community, New Life Christian Church in Wellington, Colorado.
