Alyssa Dillmon began her journey in classical education in 2019, teaching in the grammar school. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Music and a Master’s degree in Theological Studies. With two years of experience in classical education, she looks forward to many more with Veritas Press. Alyssa considers it a true blessing to teach and speak about God’s Word to learners of all ages and an especially meaningful privilege to do so with children.
At the age of nineteen, Alyssa gave her life to Christ. Since then, she has felt called to teach not just academic subjects, but content centered on Christ, the cornerstone of all things. In addition to teaching in the grammar school, she enjoys leading women’s Bible studies at her local church and engaging deeply with Scripture.
Alyssa lives in St. Louis, Missouri, with her husband Jared and their two children. Together, they enjoy hiking, reading, and crafting in their free time.
