Aaron Hoover

Vice President of Operations

Aaron was a member of the first graduating class of Veritas Academy's brick-and-mortar school before earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Grove City College. He spent 10 years as a research engineer for Honda Research & Development in both the United States and Japan, where he designed and tested new transmission systems. He later founded and scaled a successful online fashion resale e-commerce business, which he eventually sold. Following that, Aaron joined Poshmark, where he led the Enterprise team and helped expand the company's consignment program operations.

Aaron joined Veritas as Vice President of Operations, bringing a unique blend of engineering, operations, and entrepreneurial experience. In his role, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the IT, Finance, Warehouse, Service, and Human Resources teams. With a passion for scaling organizations and optimizing workflows, he continually develops strategies to improve operational efficiency while enhancing the experience of both the Veritas team and the families they serve.

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, reading, playing golf, and traveling internationally.
