Kevin Deitering has taught several subjects, ranging from the Bible to Spanish and ESL, in different settings for several years. He graduated with a B.A. in Latin American Studies from Ohio University and a M.A. in Education from the University of Findlay. While in college, he studied abroad at the Universidad de Guadalajara, Mexico, which is where his love for the Spanish language began to grow. He is currently enrolled in Knox Theological Seminary, where he is pursuing a M.A. in Christian Classical Studies. Kevin and his wife Rebekah have six children. They have been serving as missionaries with The Master´s Mission in the Amazonia of Ecuador since 2006. Kevin is a pastor and a church planter in Archidona, Napo. He is the founder and coach of the Cruz del Sur sports ministry. In his free time he loves to read, hike, and play with his kids.
