Jenny Stortz is a native of Honduras and is a Spanish-English bilingual speaker who loves travel, cooking, reading, learning, and teaching. She has degrees in Spanish Literature from Swarthmore College and Penn State University, and has been an educator for over 25 years. Jenny has taught Spanish literature and language, French, and Comparative Literature in various K-University settings. She has extensive knowledge of curriculum development, teacher training, academic advising, and leading travel programs abroad.
Teaching, advising, and learning are all passions that Jenny seeks to foster regularly. She especially values a Classical Christian education and has been on a personal quest to educate her children and herself classically. She is always excited to discuss education and learn from others, as well as share her expertise. Jenny is thrilled to be working with families and helping chart out education goals for Veritas scholars.
